Your story started long before now, and your elopement is just one part of that story.
Yes, I capture your elopement but also how you got to this day: how you met, how you knew they were your person and how you’ve created this life with each other. Together, we’ll create a time capsule of these stories with a film that will become your first family heirloom.
It's all about the feeling you get reliving your love story.
Through all these moves, I couldn't imagine settling down anywhere else but home. Now I'm back in Melbourne for the long haul and couldn't be happier.
I love getting to know people who live life on their own terms and do the things they want without worrying about someone else’s opinion.
Especially on their wedding day.
I was born an adventurer. At 7, I asked my parents to move to a new house as I felt we had lived in one place long enough. For some reason, they said no. At 19, I left Australia and moved to Dublin to explore somewhere new.
Since then, I have moved every few years. I’ve also lived in Brisbane, Madrid, Seoul, and New York. With every new place, new memories to document. With every move, change. I realised how important all those present moments can be.
I grew up hearing stories about my grandma’s wedding dress controversy.
It was 1949 and she could not be talked out of wearing blue instead of white. Her mother wasn't happy, but she was ecstatic about her blue dress. She was the first to plant the seed in my head that your wedding day should be exactly what you want, not what anyone else wants for you.
What does your dream elopement look like?
Close your eyes for a second and imagine your perfect day together.
What do you do? Where are you?
Now add in vows, and that's your perfect elopement day!
Is it an intimate backyard ceremony?
A quick trip to the registry office and a picnic?
A trek up a mountain or to the beach?
The perfect day happens and all the unexpected things that you don't expect to forget start to fade away... The sights, the sounds... The laughs, the tears and promises. These are things you don’t expect to forget. But what if you could relive them any time you wanted?
you're in the right place if you're looking for...
An elopement film that feels like you
01
There's no templates or cookie-cutter montages here. Your film is handcrafted just for you. We'll get to know each other so I can tell your story by noticing the little details that matter most.
why do i only film elopements?
From the very beginning, I have focused solely on elopements and small, intimate weddings. I have filmed a few big weddings so I could confirm that elopements have my heart. After my first year of filmmaking, I no longer take any weddings with more than 20 guests.
Why? I really believe eloping is the best way to get married and elopements are my favourite stories to tell.
I could spend hours talking about why I love elopements, but here's a few quick reasons:
A unique wedding day experience
02
Big traditional weddings are just not for me—or my couples. I've filmed small friends-only inner city ceremonies and family elopement weekends away in the mountains. I'm not too bothered by the particulars, just as long as you're planning a day that's true to the two of you.
Candid, documentary coverage with a little posing guidance when you want it
03
• focus on you and your spouse
• spend your whole wedding day together
Of course I'll capture the big events of the day, but also the little in-between moments that you'll love to look back on. I don't interrupt moments or ask you repeat something five times for the camera, but I will help you look your best during portraits.
• give budget to what matters most
• Build your own unique experience
• Less planning stress
• More time for spontaneity
Someone who knows what it's like to throw out the rulebook and plan an elopement

Do you have specifc questions? I'm always happy to chat about eloping!
One Thursday afternoon in 2018, Sean and I jumped in the car in New York and set off driving. On Sunday night, we arrived in California. On Monday, we went to city hall and eloped. My favourite thing is working with couples doing something similar!
My own love story
Just your usual boy meets girl story... but throw in two nationalities, a bit of long-distance, some international moves and visa fun... oh, and an elopement.
We took a road trip and had our parents meet us at the courthouse. It was small, casual, and perfect.
My film style
When creating films I combine pretty shots with real love stories. Your film will show the things you’ll want to relive now and the things you’ll want to look back on with your family 40 years from now.
Your film is a legacy piece full of nostalgia that will bring you right back to this time.
